Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera buat semua yang setia membaca mahupun yang baru.

Kedatangan tahun baru menandakan setahun telahpun berlalu; dan kita menyambut dengan mengenangkan peristiwa duka dan gelak ketawa yang akan sentiasa kekal bersama diri. Dalam setahun lepas menyusuli hari-hari di tahun baru telah banyak yang berlaku. Antaranya kenalan baru yang datang hadir dalam hidup memberi nafas baru serta menghidupkan semula semangat yang sekian lamanya mendiamkan diri selain dari pengajaran baru, yang kita kejar-kejarkan selalu.

Adalah tanggungjawab diri sendiri untuk meringankan beban sebelum meneruskan perjalanan yang masih ternyata jauh. Saya ingin mengambil kesempatan ini untuk meminta maaf di atas segala kesulitan dan salah faham yang telah dihadapi selama ini. Ampunkan saya, saya bersalah dan ia tidak akan berulang lagi.

Kenapa saya mendiamkan diri selama ini mungkin kerana perit terasa tanpa kata dari mereka yang kembali kepada selamanya, dan juga kadang kala ingin bertapa jauh di gua dalam mencari ketenangan buat otak, akal dan fikiran yang semakinnya kusut. Usaha agar rohani bersih dari segala pencemaran yang sebenarnya diri sendiri mencemar.

Dunia seni bagaimanapun akan senantiasa menyahut kepulangan seniman handainya dengan perasaan penuh kerinduan sesama rindu untuk cinta yang akan terbakar hingga ke akhir zaman. Zaman yang sering baranya dibebani dengan soalan-soalan yang tidak mengenal erti - keletihan yang tidak bermaya; baik mahupun buruk pelbagai teladan dapat kita jadikan pengajaran. Pedoman menjadi pegangan kita sementara semua berkongsi pengalaman demi menuju ke arah kemajuan.

So the famous 123Klan was recently in KL for the Massive Territory Design Conference. After years of looking up to these guys, I must say that I was star-struck for a moment. Altho it could've been a dream come true if we had manage to get a session with them (which we weren't able to), still just listening to what they have to say about their work really gave us more perspective in so many ways. I must thank those who manage to bring their arses here in Malaysia, Thank YOU! ALso present were heroes themselves; Kustaa Saksi, The Asylum, Wieden & Kennedy of Tokyo Lab.

Moving on, I recently had an accident which broke two of my bones. So now I have a metal plate and 8 screws holding them inside me. I am not suppose to put any pressure on it and apparently the whole healing process takes about 6 months and it will be 3 months until I could actually walk without my crutches. So yes, I am going through one of the toughest time of my life and it has been hell. Everything is to put on hold and I just can't stand it.

Since the 'kulat' in this blog has grown rapidly, I've decided to put some 'un-released' pictures just to entertain any loyal viewers out there. Thanks guys, and I thank for all of your support! Until the day I regain my health, I will try to keep this blog as alive as possible and enjoy. Sembur people!

Saturday 25th & Sunday 26th Nov; Emmet, Kalai & Kadak joined forces to form a 3 piece set playing back all their glorious 1.2 miligram for 2 days straight to mark the 10th Anniversary of their debut album. Emmet was running the show and these guys never fail to rock the house down. It was definitely 100% noise and grunge all the way. Playing their complete 1.2 set they also gave a little Malayneum, Cuai, Kabus Ribut & Selamat Tinggal Dunia here and there. What a way to celebrate my victory from working drawings!

In an article from Star, Emmet said that there are chances these guys will be having a concert for new year cause Loque will be back somewhere at the end of Dec. I am crossing all fingers I have for this event!

River Symphony: The aftermath of messing with Mother Nature.

KLPac is definitely an awesome place. Sentul West is a brilliant work of art. Landscape Architect, Seksan Ong had successfully transform this park into a whole different world. What's amazing about it is that it's along Jalan Ipoh and that is something you'd never expect. I personally recommend for you guys out there to come and experience this environmental awareness event with its' perfect surrounding.

Sembur WIth Style was on Ntv7's Breakfast Show on 17th August. Shieko and me as representative of SWS was on this show in conjunction with Arts and Earth event happening at KL Pac. It was our privillige to have been on the same sofa with Fine Arts artist Ahmad Shukri and his wife Ummi for this interview.

Sunday, we had a 'friendly match' (production) with the members of Vertor11 over the World Cup Theme. As how it was, Katun (Argentina), Sopey (Portugal), Demon (Tunisia), Carpet (England), Drew (Germany), Sona (France), Vds (Italy), Shieko (Japan) & Ork (Brasil). It was a fun production, and a really hot one. Man we got burnt dowh. Anyway, glad we did the production, and hope for more to come in the future! Sembur people!

Sws just got back from Kuantan. We had 2 walls (or more) waiting for us at this Tiara Kids Kindergarten. Anyway, this trip was a major holiday trip for all 4 of us. SINGAPURA TRIP

It was practically fun all the way! We took a bus at 3 on friday, arrived at this hotel at waterfront and took a cab to Hotel 81. This hotel is famous for their 2 hours rates, hehe .. untuk orang2 nakal buat kerja nakal. Haha, .. we honestly had no idea about the whole thing until every singaporean kept giving us the same reaction when we mention the place. Haha ..

So after unpacking and stuff, we went down to Arab Street to meet up with Artvst. I msg'd the guys from PB but it seems that it wasn't delivered to them at all. So sorry for that guys. It was quite a problem for both Shieks n me with the phone issue there. This Arab steet is so fucking cool man. It's almost like the arab street here, ... but i guess its more laid-back comparing the location, people .. n wateva la. After that we went to this 24hour shopping mall, .. macam Maidin sial, penuh gila rabak ngan manusia. Tapi barang2 agak best.

The morning after, we head for SAM (Singapore Art Muzeum) cause Zero has an exhibition going on. Fuck, going through the work in there memang really inspiring sial. But after u exit, they have this thing where u can illustrate a comic strip of not more than 3, ... but it has got to relate with the whole event ah. But i didn't know that until i was done. Hahaa .. 3 of us main bantai lukis je. It was open for singaporean only, .. but who gives a shit when u got free paper to draw right?

After that, we went to bugis, it was like petaling street la. But the stuff inside is way way better that p.s.

Aku ngan shieko sempat lagi jam kat Gashouse before kena halau. Muahahha!!! Butter for life! Yeay!
Gashouse is where PB and few other guys were having their exhibition and a showcase as well. When we got there, they weer about to start putting up the planks, .. and we had to make our move to some other place due to our 'jadual' was quite tight since shopping had to be done. Anyway ...

Warong M. Nasir. Orkibal is having his solo exhibition here. And no its not the 'M. Nasir' .. i was dissapointed gak. Hahah .. its actually an indonesian food place ah, .. opened by this indonesian dude who shares the same name. But agak cool ah ... makan and exhibit ur work skali. Best.

So now the painting day. Eveyone was busy with work, or something else was going so akhirnya tinggallah aku dan shieko untuk paint. I dunno what happened to the rest, .. but painting at Somerset nyer skatepark was very different. I guess the scene in singapore is much more alive than here, ... One minute ur painting, the other minute comes a guy behind you all sweaty after hitting Fakie-Noseslide on the fun box. Gile dowh. But best ah ... Mr. Daddy Cool aka Bony decided to pinjam some of the cans we brought and bantai skali the wall. Haha .. best!

After the whole session kat Somerset, we went to Kopitiam dekat Youth Park derang. It was just behind the skatepark, .. Syco, Bony, Trase, 1.2 Delta n Lil Pink Devil was there as well. I have to thank to a lot of people for making this trip gile 'gerek'. Haha ... Thanks to Gerbil, Zero. Ork, Phuek n Mrs. Phuek for cramping their legs taking us around. Thanks to 1.2 Delta for the space you provided, it was very homely and we cant thank enough. And lain kali jgn tido kat kerusi luar, join skali! Thanks to Zero, Man, Bony, Trase, Syco, AshD, Asno and the rest of the guys for having the time to meet up. And to the rest yg tak sempat aku nak bertegur, sorry ah .. agak kelam-kabut cause this is my first time in singapore so i was freaking blur man. And i had no idea who is who except for those who i have met before. Hope my next trip we could all do a production together. Again thanks to everyone ah .. others yg tak mention, thanks a lot guys. Singapore was hell fun! Very inspiring. Definitely a city that roars man! Cheers!

Well, it has been a very long looooooooooooooooooongggg time since the last update i had huh. Sorry. I admit. I was just too darn lazy to sit my ass on this blog. I don't know, i guess i was caught up with lots of other arrangements kot. And too malas ... Anyway, back to reality and work. This was actually done a long time ago jugak. Since i had been really slow this year, i guess i should put up with anything i have at the moment la. This was a piece i did with ms shieks when both of us got bored of sitting and drinking too much of teh o ais at the mamak. It's a simple idea, as obvious as it is already. But we wanted to just simply do it, for the fun of it. And it turned out to be something fun and honest. To us at least, and .... Yeah .. its been a slow year for me. Man.

There's a rough future planning that has singapore in it. Hopefully if everything goes well and as planned, we might be on our sws-trip to singapore as a whole team for the first time. Wonder what it would be like to finally meet the neighbours again. Should be lots of fun! Cheers and keep the sembur spirit always guys!

For all the new uproar generation, .. be smart. its all about the mind, share and the power. WTF!?!?!?! .. haha ... ok ah, cool event, had live band playing, ... one of my fav noticable local act; nitrus was around, oag, pretty ugly .. ok ah. ha, .. and they had this one band which featured the honourable Sultan Melaka on drums but sadly their impressive vocalist was delivering nothing but just another disturbing screeeching sound up to highest level. will update more pics soon enough.

So last weekend i finally met up with my sws mates to round up some chinese new year piece with Shieks and Drew, after almost a whole year missing out from the action. Needless to say, it felt GOOD to S.E.M.B.U.R again people! This piece was done with just complete left-overs from our previous and much much previous projects, .. haha. Turned out the disatisfaction that i had during the session due to the lack of colours, ... was blown away right after i held the cans and inhaled the undying aroma of spray paint. Hahaha ... crazy right! But hey ... satisfied gila siot!

Well, we had another session for Joe Tribe in conjunction to his 2nd Ann. celebration in Melaka. I apologize coz i couldnt provide any picture for the event due to the bad lighting. Gambar agak cacat ah, and my freaking camera buat hal! anyway ...

So after the event, we had to shoot off straight back to KL for another event. This time around, it was an official UMNO thing, about some anti-dadah campaign ah. Hmm .. well, we had fun doing it altho we were all very tired. But hey, it was quite an experience working under this theme. ?

On the recent Saturday, we had this Graff Showcase at this art gallery, located somewhere in Bangsar. The event was quite interesting cause we were provided with this huge wall - on top of a roof. This is practically our first time having this opportunity and we really are greatful to the people at the gallery. Other artist that was involved were Muid, Orc, Perez, Rooty, and loads more. We had fun, they had some band jamming after the whole session - some performance art thingy, quite interesting ah. So anyway, here's some new updates. Credits to Shieko for the pics. so today we had another collaboration with the big big otai's of Singapore; Project Burnerz. With the whole line-up came down, and consist with other writers as well, we manage to finish up the final touch even though it was raining heavily again. I had fun, ... and seriously, best ah! This has got to be one of the most bangga'est collaboration i have ever done. Thanks again guys for coming down all the way from Sg. Hope u guys have a nice trip back home, and see u guys soon in Singapore! Sws is coming down soon! hehe ... cheers!

Alright, so finally the big event that we all have been waiting for, pun dah selesai(is done). No doubt, Syco03 from PB won 1st place, Bee of Phobia Klik won 2nd place and Vds.212(me) got 3rd. We all had fun, as it was quite a rainy day. Me & Shieko got lucky cause both of our planks were placed under the shades. hehhe, ... well erm, the event was fun, and i have to say that it was very well organized and smoothly done. Again, big ups to Klan, and the rest of the sponsors involved. Joe, u did a fantastic job, cant wait for the 2nd one. Today, we had our first malaysian writers collaboration at Melawati wall, consist of Phiber Write Technical Crew, Sixthie of Phobia Klik and of course us, SWS-Team. The mural took the whole stretch combining 9 writers all together. Since the hour was getting late, we could not take a proper picture of the whole piece, i will update on that soon enough. Do not the worry .. hahaha
